Bitearsweet

Yay I got to meet up with my friends 2 days in a row!!! We met up for the Family Easter Egg Hunt at Quad on campus today. As usual, everyone was late haha! The website said it was starting at 1:15pm but apparently they were starting at 1pm cos when Marie-Claude and John got there, there was already a bunch of people searching for eggs! So yeah, the rest of us were a little late, but we still found a bunch of eggs! Jaeyeon kept taking photos with random little kids, it was so funny! It actually turned out to be photo day 2 cos we did a bunch of jumping photos and random photos again! Actually, between yesterday and today, I have 300 photos! IN 2 DAYS!!! How crazy is that??? But then again a lot of them are like double snaps of things. Still crazy though! A few people left afterwards while the rest of us went to Yanni's for lunch. I haven't had moussaka in so long... yum! It was also really cool to see Marie-Claude's boyfriend John again after 2 years! We all hung out while we were in Korea in 2007 when I was there for my summer program and Marie-Claude was finishing her year of exchange. I really miss those days... Actually a lot of stuff reminded me of Korea today! Maybe it was the music that my iPod ended up playing and the whether and the people I was meeting, but everything together just reminded me of the feeling of being in Korea. And then seeing John and Marie-Claude at the same time just brought everything back. Definitely a happy day today!!

I went for dinner with my family to celebrate my birthday at Louisiana Purchase, a Creole and Cajun restaurant. Never been there before and the food was GREAT!! We went to my grandma's for a bit and watched Super on the Chinese network. Haha, it's such a funny game show!! I really wanted to have an ice cream cake this year but I didn't say anything and guess what... they bought me an ice cream cake!!! I didn't even have to say anything!!! My future brother-in-law paid for it actually so you can say that he's on the same frequency as my family already!! They wouldn't let me see the birthday cake until it was lit and they were ready for me to blow it out.

And this is why...
THEY BOUGHT ME A PINK AND ORANGE CAKE HAHA!!! Apparently it had my name written all over it and they just had to buy it. I think it's the most awesome cake ever LOL!
