Bitearsweet

Another birthday just passed. I was supposed to go drinking with some friends but no one answered so I thought that maybe it was because it was Monday and plus people had finals. Low and behold, right after I cancelled the drinking plans practically everyone left a message right after asking why I had cancelled. ㅠ_ㅠ I think I'm just doomed to spend my birthday alone! Plus it was raining... BUT luckily I still had someone to celebrate with me!! ^.^ I got a message from Marie-Claude asking me if I wanted to hang out after work so I met up with her and John for bubble tea. I agreed to go to WEM with them, in which John replied that if I went that meant that I'd have to have at least 2 shots. haha! So we went to WEM, walked around a bit to window shop (I got a free hand massage at Bath & Body Works ^^) and off to Boston Pizza we went! John had originally wanted me to do Stop Light, which is red zambuca and like green minthe and something else... basically just a red shot, yellow shot, and green shot. I was supposed to drink it one after the other but they didn't have red zambuca so that idea was shot down. Instead they ordered a Long Island ice tea for me and then later a shot of tequila. Right before we left John asked me if I was getting a ride from WEM and when he found out I was, he ordered another shot for me haha!! I haven't had such a great time on my birthday in a long time! Thanks you guys!! ^^ Birthday wish this year: to be able to find what will give me true happiness.
